Ingame Behaviour
Another player keeps annyoing me. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with other players. Please understand that we try to interfere as little as possible in arguments between players because we feel that unless rules are violated, players should sort out their problems for themselves. This may sound callous or even cynical but remember that direct interference also means a restriction of freedom.

If you have a problem with another player, try talking to him. You will find that peaceful solutions are more often possible than you would think. However, if a certain player continues to cause trouble, you may turn to other players for assistance.

Somebody is disturbing my hunting. What can I do?

Please understand that hunting grounds are there for everybody. That means that players have to get along with each other or look for a different hunting area. We cannot interfere in this matter.

 Ingame Behaviour
I was thieved. What can I do?

Thieving items of other characters is not illegal in TibiaME. For this reason, we cannot assist you if somebody is thieving ingame items from you. To protect your items from thieving, do not put them on the floor or show them to other players. Always use the safe trade option or the trade house to buy or sell items from or to other players.

 Ingame Behaviour
How can I report a character that violates the TibiaME Rules?

If you like to report a character violating the TibiaME Rules, you can send an email to support@tibiame.com. In this email shortly describe which TibiaME Rule has been violated. Also include your character name and game world, as well as the name and the game world of the character that your want to report.

Note that we cannot accept screenshots as a proof because they can be manipulated very easily.

 Ingame Behaviour
What can I do if a character keeps spamming or insulting me?

If a character is spamming or insulting you, you can simply ignore messages of this character. To do so, add the character to your "Ignore List" in the info menu under communication. You can either "Add" single characters from which you do not want to receive messages, or you can select "All but friends". If you select the latter option, only characters that you have added as "Friends" will be able to contact you.

To receive messages from ignored characters again, simply "Remove" them from your ignore list. By selecting "Ignore off", you will receive messages from all characters again, and all ignored characters are removed from the ignore list.

 Ingame Behaviour
What is a gamemaster?

Gamemasters are members of the CipSoft team. They investigate rule violations and make sure that all players stick to the TibiaME Rules. Also, gamemasters have the power to punish, banish or even delete characters that violate the TibiaME Rules. Official gamemasters are easily recognisable ingame by the "GM-" prefix.

 What are moderators?

Just like gamemasters, moderators are members of the CipSoft team. They answer questions of players on the TibiaME ingame forum and remove illegal posts and threads. Official moderators are easily recognisable by their "MO-" prefix.

 Ingame Behaviour
My character is banished. What do I have to do so I can play again?

If you have been banished, you have violated one or more of the TibiaME Rules. For this reason you have been temporarily excluded from the game by a gamemaster. All banishments are final and you cannot complain about them. To be able to play again, simply wait until the banishment is over. Make sure to stick to the TibiaME Rules in the future to avoid further punishments.
