There choose your phone manufacturer and phone model. A download link for the appropriate file will be displayed. Click at it to start the download.

b) If you have a Bluetooth or data cable connection between your computer
and phone, please download the correct file (phone manufacturer and phone model) directly from the download section of our website. Please send it to your phone via Bluetooth or data cable connection then. The file will appear in your message box.

  <i>I cannot connect to the game server! Why?</i>
</p>  
<p>
  If you select an erroneous access point when entering the game, the connection to the game server will fail (Message "Connection failed." or "Server not found."). Please make sure you select an access point which allows you to establish connections to the internet. If such an access point is missing, it can be created manually. Please ask your mobile carrier for the necessary configuration details.<br/><br/>

Further, please make sure that you select the correct game world. In certain settings a random game world number is predefined. For this reason, always check if you are really trying to connect to the game world you intend to do.

  You get this error message whenever a connection to the central game server cannot be established. Please make sure the right access point is selected when starting the game. Also, it is always possible that access to the internet is momentarily blocked due to some technical problem. Simply try again at a later point of time.<br/>

Also please note that all characters under level 4 which have never been premium will be deleted if they have not logged into the game for 2 weeks. In this case, all you can do is create a new character and starting over.
