What is an emergency contact?

The emergency contact is a feature available to premium players and is needed for password recovery. You can choose to set either a mobile phone number or an email address. As soon as the emergency contact has been set for a character, the PIN will be sent there. The emergency contact will remain valid even if your character runs out of premium time.
