Lost Characters and their Recovery

How can I recover my password?

If you have set an emergency contact, you can use the Lost Password Form on our website. Enter your character name, game world, emergency contact and PIN.

If the information is correct, a confirmation code will be sent to your emergency contact. To get a new password, enter the confirmation code in the Lost Password Form. The password will be displayed on the next page.

Important: Make sure to memorise your new password before closing the page as it will only be shown once! The new password will not be sent to your emergency contact!

The Lost Password Form on the website can only be used once every 30 days.
