How can I pay via Indosat?
Indosat is a telecommunications company in Indonesia. Customers of Indosat are able to make their characters premium by paying via Indosat using their mobile phone. Players who have another mobile phone provider cannot pay via Indosat.
If you are a customer of Indosat, you can use the ingame premium menu to set up a subscription for your character. This means once you have subscribed, we will automatically charge you for 7 days whenever you have only 2 days premium left. We will continue this service until you cancel the subscription. Every payment for 7 days costs Rp 10.000 excl. PPN. The amount will either be listed on your mobile phone bill of Indosat, or directly charged from your Indosat prepaid card.
If you do not have enough money on your prepaid card, we will try several times in the next days to charge the money from your card. In addition, you will also receive a reminder ingame that you need to charge your prepaid card to continue your subscription. After too many unsuccessful tries to charge the money from your prepaid card, the subscription will be cancelled automatically.
To set up a subscription, select the option Subscribe in the premium menu (press *3). If your country is not identified automatically, you will have to enter your country next. Now you have the choice between element 5, a reseller, and Indosat. Select Indosat to set up a subscription for your character. When paying via Indosat, your character will usually be premium in the next few minutes, however, in random cases, it can also take several days. If the ordering process was successful, an SMS will be sent to you and confirm your payment.
Note: You can use the same mobile phone to set up a subscription for more than one character. Simply log into the game with each character you want to make premium, and set up a subscription for this character. You can repeat this for as many characters as you like.
