Lost Characters and their Recovery

Why can't I use the Lost Password Form on the website?

If you have used the Lost Password Form on the website successfully within the last 30 days, you will not be able to recover your password via the website again. In this case, please contact customer support via email to support@tibiame.com and include your PIN. If the PIN is correct, customer support will send a confirmation code to your emergency contact. Enter the confirmation code under "Lost Password" on the website and your new password will be displayed on the next page.

Recovering the password this way will cost you 5 premium days. You can only recover your password via customer support if your character is premium and has enough premium days left to cover the fee.

Important: Make sure to memorise your new password before closing the page as it will only be shown once! The new password will not be sent to your emergency contact!
