How can I unlock my PIN?

To unlock your PIN, please visit the Support section on our web- or wapsite and select "My PIN is locked." Enter your character name, world number and the email you have set as recovery contact. If your data matches, a link with a confirmation code will be sent to the recovery contact. Click on the link to confirm your request. Once you have done this, your PIN will be unlocked.

Please understand that you cannot unlock your PIN if you do not have access to the set recovery contact.
