I found a bug. Who should I report it to?

To report a bug, please send an email to our customer support team (support@tibiame.com). We will need detailed information on the bug - so please include:

• character name
• world
• position of the bug - if it appears on a certain place on the map (e.g. a wrong graphic)
• description of the bug

Please understand that the abuse of a bug is a violation of the TibiaME Rules and can lead to severe punishments up to the deletion of your character.
