Lost Characters and their Recovery

My character has been hacked. How can I get it back?

If you have set a recovery contact, please visit the Support section on our web- or wapsite and select "I lost my password." Enter your character name, world number and the email you have set as recovery contact. If your data matches, a link with a confirmation code will be sent to the recovery contact. Click on the link to confirm your request. Once you have done this, you will receive an email with your new password.

If you did not set up a recovery contact, you cannot recover your character as no password can be sent to you.
