Technical Problems

I cannot connect to the game server! Why?

If you select an erroneous access point when entering the game, the connection to the game server will fail (Message "Connection failed." or "Server not found."). Please make sure you select an access point which allows you to establish connections to the internet. If such an access point is missing, it can be created manually. Please ask your mobile carrier for the necessary configuration details.

Further, please make sure that you select the correct game world. In certain settings a random game world number is predefined. For this reason, always check if you are really trying to connect to the game world you intend to do.
