"Incorrect password entered too many times. Try again in 5 minutes."

To protect your character from hacking attempts, you cannot log in for 5 minutes if an incorrect password has been entered multiple times in a row. Simply try to log into the game once this waiting period has passed.

If you have forgotten your password or if a hacker has changed it, please visit the Support section on our web- or wapsite and select "I lost my password." Follow the instructions to get a new password. Note that this is only possible if you have set a recovery contact.
