Billing Questions

I was banished for an invalid payment

If a premium payment is cancelled by the person that paid for it, then your character is banished automatically as you have used premium time that is no longer paid for.

In order to have the banishment lifted, you need to buy new TibiaME premium time to cover for the used and no longer paid for premium days. Please send an email to payments@cipsoft.com to notify TibiaME Support of the payment. Once the new payment has arrived, they will deduct the premium days you have already used from your new premium time and manually lift the banishment.

Please note that we do not accept a bad payment history! If we receive another chargeback/cancellation of your payment in the future, your character may be deleted without any further notice.
