How can I change my character's name?

Once you have bought a name change, you will be able to give your character a new name. Please note that it is only possible to give your character a name which is not in use on your game world.

As soon as you have bought a name change you will be asked to enter your character's new name. Make sure to choose a name which does not violate the TibiaME name rules. Once you have chosen a name you like, confirm the name to complete the name change.

If you close the client or get disconnected before entering the new name, this entry field will reopen every time you log back into the game.

If you get the message "A character with that name exists", then a character with your chosen name already exists in your game world. If this happens, please choose a new name and try again.
