Why does my Platinum not arrive?

Please understand that it might take a few minutes until your reward will be transferred to your character. Therefore, please be patient. Please notice that CipSoft cannot access any information concerning the progress you have made in another app.

If your Platinum has still not arrived after a long time, please make sure that you have fulfilled all conditions to receive the Platinum (e.g. Did you also start the application after downloading it? Have you reached the required level in the downloaded game?). Particularly larger Platinum rewards can only be earned by completing complex tasks.
