How can I delete my personal information?

In Order to delete your personal data, you must delete your character(s). Once a character has been deleted, all associated personal information will be deleted. Please note, that this process is permanent and cannot be reverted.

There are basically two options to delete a character:

Contact our customer support at support@tibiame.com and request a deletion of your character. Please note that our customer support team must first verify your ownership of the character before they can fulfill your request for deletion.

As an iOS client user, you can delete your character directly in the client. Open the menu in your client and select the menu option "Support". In the support section, select the menu option "Delete Character". As soon as you have confirmed the deletion, your character is deleted.
