Platinum Trade and Transfer

What is a Platinum Transfer?

A Platinum Transfer allows you to send Platinum directly to another character. You can receive Platinum from other characters at any time. You will be notified when a transfer is received, and you can accept it directly in the Platinum Transfer section in the character menu. To send Platinum to other characters, you must be authorized for Platinum trades and transfers. You can find out how to obtain this authorization here.

If you meet the necessary requirements, you can select a target character in the Platinum Transfers section, specify the amount of Platinum you wish to send, and initiate the transfer. The transfer must be accepted by the target character within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be cancelled, and the Platinum will be returned to you.

You can check the Platinum Transfer section at any time to view your sent and received transfers.

Please note that once a transfer has been sent and accepted, it cannot be refunded. Revoking a Platinum transfer will only be done in very exceptional cases, like participation in fraud or technical errors.
