Why Am I Excluded from Platinum Trades or Transfers?

Any character with a negative entry in their payment history is excluded from the system. If a chargeback has been triggered for a character in the past, we will permanently exclude it from participating in Platinum trades and transfers.

Please note that the authorization is always granted on a temporary basis. If you take a longer break from the game and then return, you will need to meet the requirements again to regain access.
