Lost Characters and their Recovery

I forgot my PIN. How can I get a new one?

To get a new PIN, please visit the Support section on our web- or wapsite and select "I lost my PIN." Enter your character name, world number and the email you have set as recovery contact. If your data matches, a link with a confirmation code will be sent to the recovery contact. Click on the link to confirm your request. Once you have done this, you will receive an email with your new PIN.

Please understand that you cannot get a new PIN if you do not have access to the set recovery contact.
